The Class is a music-driven practice where we exercise the body to engage the mind. By clearing the body out, we can connect to the heart and a deeper level of consciousness.
Through a series of repetitive cardio and strength-based exercises, students are invited to witness their response to whatever arises during the movement.

A magical setting in the Yucatán jungle created a strong feeling of connection to the earth. The food sourced from the farm and orchard on the hacienda was delicious. The attentive staff helped create an experience that felt indulgent. Soeuraya and Aimee created a program blending movement, breath, meditation and community that created a memorable and transcendent experience.

Amazing trip!
Location was beautiful and the people so nice!!
Soeuraya and Aimee were amazing, as always!
And the group was so nice and carying!

I recently attended The Class retreat in Yucatan with Aimee and Soeuraya, and it was truly transformative. Their authenticity and flexibility created a safe, connected space where I could fully show up and do the work. They intuitively adapted to the group’s needs, making the experience feel deeply personal.
This retreat reminded me of the power of community and the beauty of vulnerability. Their focus on integration provided tools to carry the growth into everyday life, helping me reconnect with the strength and wisdom already within me.
Lastly, my favourite part of the retreatments are the incredible friendships I gain.
